Amateur Oenology Home Wine Making Competition - Webster County Fair (Need 2009 Information)

Entrants are limited to four wines in each class, per household; but each wine must be significantly different in style, taste or ingredients. Entrants must not be affiliated with commercial wine making.

Scenic Rivers Wine Trail

Note: All participants could bring a couple bottles of wine. Then, we can run the different tests on each bottle of wine. It will be set up in a confidential manner so nobody is embarrassed, but they can learn about sulfur dioxide levels post-bottling, and the inaccuracy of the different tests. This will be an informative course for both veterans and amateur winemakers alike.
